The PAC Programming Team Leader has an important role in crafting the undergraduate student experience. This position requires event planning, teamwork, creative skills, problem resolution, hands-on efforts, leadership, facilitation skills, consistency and peer development, all aimed towards the goal of high quality, engaging events and programs that serve a diverse campus community.
This is an unpaid position, however successful candidates will be awarded free housing for the 25/26 academic year.

- Engagement of Peers
- Vocal advocates of the PAC program model
- Act as role models and positive stewards of PAC.
- Be active in the campus community
- Program creation/execution
- Work under the guidance of Student Engagement Professional Staff to craft a myriad of offerings to our students
- Diligently be responsible for the entire programming process, from concept to program end.
- Follow a consistent process and timeline to ensure programs are effectively presented to the campus community.
- Aim for high levels of program quality.
- Be open to new ideas, concepts, as well as embracing traditional events.
- Adopt a hands-on mentality to ensure program goals are met.
