Our CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program in Goodyear, AZ is looking for a new team member to serve as the Goodyear Academic Program Director and Physical Therapy Department Chair. As Department Chair, this position provides effective leadership for both our Arizona and New Hampshire programs. Leading our faculty in maintaining all accreditation standards and continuous program assessment, this role is essential to our continued success.
Manage all aspects of hiring talent for both centers and continue development of skills through guidance and evaluations. Provide oversight of curriculum and develop the academic schedules. This role is also responsible for budget planning and the effective management of the operational budget for both location programs.
