Part Time Assistant Coach - Women's Volleyball
Franklin Pierce University is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a part time Assistant Coach for Women's Volleyball. This position plays a key role in recruiting qualified student-athletes, supporting the program through fundraising activities, and assisting in the planning and execution of effective practice sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting: Conduct on and off-campus recruiting efforts to attract top-tier student-athletes.
- Fundraising: Collaborate with coaching staff and administration to help raise funds for the program.
- Practice & Player Development: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of daily practice sessions to enhance player development.
- Academic Support: Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and provide necessary support, including overseeing study hall sessions.
- Team Operations: Contribute to team travel arrangements, game day operations, and general office tasks.
- Social Media & Video Management: Oversee the team’s social media presence and video program to promote the program and engage with fans.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all NCAA rules and regulations.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Previous coaching experience and/or successful NCAA playing experience is mandatory.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
