Coverage of the Help Desk which includes answering calls, checking emails, entering/assigning tickets, basic PC/Mac troubleshooting and repair, media services deliveries/event assistance as needed. Various other IT related duties as needed. Additional hours could be available nights and weekends to help support media events after business hours.
Experience and Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 7 and 10, computer troubleshooting skills, able to take direction and work independently. Mature, professional appearance and attitude. Knowledge of Mac OS and hardware is a plus.
Shifts are minimum 2 hours between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
